I just discovered The Sinner ( its currently streaming on Netflix) I dig it

Loving it so far and there's definitely enough going on that I'll likely rewatch it again.

Yeah, it did feel like they decided to try for a season 2 at the last minute and the episode was just off. Hopefully the second season isn't just a shitty money grab rehash of season 1.

Was this made for Netflix exclusively or for the Korea

I really am digging Squid Game after 2 episodes. It feels somewhat original, even if a few parts have been done before. It feels expensive thanks to the scale of some sequences, and the overall lovely cinematography. A really nice palete cleanser for the disappointment of Ted Lasso, and a great show to get me through until Succession and The Boys show back up. Speaking of great shows, where the hell is Barry?

If you like Squid Game, watch Alice in Borderland. It came out a year or two ago, similar theme.

The trailer for Squid Game makes it look like its completely bonkers (and I mean that in a good way) will have to get around to watching that

It’s crazy how quickly squid game has exploded. I saw that it could be the biggest Netflix hit ever.

I watched the first 5 minutes of it. Is it all subtitled? I don't technically mind, but it is a more intensive watch.

You can access the English dub if you’d like but I enjoy the authenticity of just English subtitles personally.

I'll give it a look. I'm currently watching The Legend of El Cid (I still don't know what to think of it LOL) dubbed while I'm doing other things. It's pretty well done, I'll probably give Squid Games a chance that way.

My wife is obsessing over this show. I don't think i enjoyed it as much as most seem to. I thought it was good. Aight. It wouldn't rank in my top 5, idk.

The ending to Midnight Mass was awesome.
