You're Next was recommended to me as something different as a horror movie. It's not. Every trope, plot point and cliche you have seen in a previous horror movie, hell Home Alone, you have seen before. **** me, what a waste of time. 74% on RT blows my mind.

Saw the Interview last night and loved it. It's hilarious and they really rake NK and Kim Jong Un over the coals. Vicious, in fact.

Franco was a little over the top and I'm tired of Rogen playing the same character in every movie, but a solid B+. The guy who plays Kim Jong really nailed it.

It's a movie about a bicycle messenger lol. I remember laughing out loud and thinking the trailer was fake when I first saw it.

I thought JGL may do something with it. He should stop taking dumbass roles.

Premium Rush LMAO I remember seeing that trailer and thinking it looked kind of fun.

I've never bothered to watch it and now I probably never will.

Just saw Interstellar on a full sized 70mm IMAX and the visual experience was pretty incredible. Loved it.

It was. Completely mindless but fun.

Darjeeling Ltd: Intriguing, but not my favorite Wes Anderson film. Probably wouldn't watch it again. Made me think about how annoying my older sister can be, and how I'd like to go to India and smell it.

REALLY liked the symbolism of them "leaving their baggage behind" when they jumped on the train at the end, though. Very nice.

Rogan laughs all the way to the bank playing the same stumbling, fumbling and drunk character in all his movies.

Couldn't make it through Chef, didn't realize it was a Disney movie.

????

Fairview Entertainment, Aldamisa Entertainment and Open Road Films are not Disney companies.

I assume you might mean plot? This was a low budget indie film Favreau wanted to make about his love of food with his friends. I dont know what else you could expect.

Saw Inherent Vice and Big Eyes. Both were interesting.

Inherent Vice will likely be divisive with some people loving it and others hating it. I thought it had a few holes, but I guess that's tolerable in a drug addled detective movie. Has a strong Long Goodbye vibe, and a well tuned mood to it's setting. The story is loose and trippy which I think works for me, but I'm pretty okay with a movie not making sense sometimes if it has purpose.

Big Eyes was the opposite. Very straightforward narrative, made interesting by the two leads who are fantastic. It is also a treat to see Burton take on a story about stealing credit for things when he has a history of being accused of not sharing credit.
