Reportedly Mark is hands off on personnel.

I would say it was likely Gruden was making the early round picks in the draft recently since he supposedly had 51% say in personnel choices per Mark when he fired Gruden. Supposedly now Mayock has that same 51% say.

Maxx is a good player but I don't think he's going to get Frank Clark type money.

The Chiefs had a great week no doubt. But the claim that the AFC west race is over is a fallacy.
