1. Chiefs get rid of Alex "The Playoff Ceiling" Smith
2. Chiefs clear $16M in cap space
3. Chiefs add a badass, dirt cheap corner back before free agency or draft
4. Chiefs add 2nd day draft pick - now have three picks in rounds 2-3
5. Chiefs officially begin the Mahomes era.
6. Chiefsplanet can rid itself of the Smiff ball washers
7. Chiefs spurn Denver, who now have to overpay for Cousins as well as explain to Talib why they were going to trade him to a division rival.
