I grew up in Seattle, and hang out in casinos. So I know. Racism is racism is racism. I changed my mind. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The simplest way I can explain why "reverse racism" slurs aren't as bad is that people who are in the majority don't wrap themselves in their majority trait.
Really tall people or really short people tend to be more conscious of their height than a guy who is 5'11.
A white person in the US doesn't really think about his own whiteness as much as he would if he moved to Asia.
A guy without a goatee might feel perfectly normal at a cocktail party in 2013, but that same guy might feel like an outsider at a Chiefs Planet get-together or if he went back in time to 1998.
