It's just an impossible thing to guess. Everyone's going to speculate but we don't even know what's up with his condition. He could be in much better shape tomorrow and the game goes on fine or it could be something much worse and in that case Goodell's going to have to make some tough decisions, consequences on the playoff seedings be damned.
