I try not to, but later this morning I have a 3 hour flight followed by an 11 hour flight followed by a 7 hour flight to Thailand, and I'd like to at least sleep through the second one.

And I try not to start drinking at 1pm, either, or else I tend to end up with duct tape pants or some stupid shit.

Those trips around the world are never any fun. Sleep is usually the best way to pass the time. Tylenol PM doesn't hurt either.
