As we sit there I was telling them goodbye every time the pain would ket up enough I could speak (Im on hospice so going to the hospital is a no no). We made it through the night and woke up surrounded by people. Wife on one side and my dad and son on the other.

From experience I'll tell you that boy will carry trauma for life. It's so hard to lose a parent when you're a child, especially having them basically pass in front of you.

Thank God he didn't go alone.

You hold the record for longest leaving forever thread, but I wish you could have made it even longer. RIP.

this one is hitting hard today

I didn't really know you too well but you were a funny guy who kept positive until the end. You are an inspiration on how to handle tough situations. God bless your family and keep them safe and ease their pain.

Here I sit and complain about my life. I have to be a better person, RIP HayWire.

Way too young, my dude.

RIP to one of the toughest and mentally strong people I know. He handled this damn disease like a heavyweight boxing champ. He came out swinging and never showed a sign of weakness, only gratitude. You was a legend and one of the most respected members of Chiefsplanet.

Never thought I’d enjoy playing with another man’s testicles, but I had a blast with yours.

My deepest sympathies to your family. RIP

I hope the eternal mod lounge is everything and more he expected it to be.

WTF do you have to complain about?

Nothing, that’s the problem.

Tough post. Damn, it’s dusty in here. I’m currently having issues and they are running tests. I hope it’s not this. I doubt I could go out as cool as haywire.

I had a mass removed from my neck a month ago. Turned out to be cancerous. Will be thinking of Haywire and his strength and attitude as I start radiation. I don’t feel sorry for myself but it’s been non stop worrying about my wife and 5 month old son.
