Seems that there are a few options and they all have drawbacks:
Play tomorrow night. This would disrupt both Bills and Bengals preparation for last week’s games; Postpone it till this coming weekend: they could do that but it would disrupt playoff schedule. They could just cut one week between the championship games and theSuper Bowl but it would be a giant logistical headache. Cancel the game. I would be neither team would want that because of the first seed in playoffs. call the game. I expect Buffalo would oppose this for obvious reasons. I think suspending the game was the right thing to do but there’s no obvious answer. Least disruptive answer would be play the remainder tomorrow night but that has some costs. |
