Petro also said that Manning and Elway have a handshake deal in place to become owners of the Broncos after he retires. So Petro's been throwing out a lot of rumors lately...
|
I heard Pioli signed a petition to bench Matt Cassel.

Although as I've stated this year, I believe Kroenke will sell the Rams so that they move back to Los Angeles, then purchase the Broncos. |
Keep the faith, my flock.
Pioli will be fired. Would I lead you astray? Trust in Cassel's Reckoning. |

But the speculation if him selling and then buying the broncos makes sense and has some legs if what I have heard from others is true. Posted via Mobile Device |

Clark thinks that will suffice then? I think it's past the point of no return now, and things could get really ugly.

Looking forward to Pioli hiring Josh McDaniels then trading the entire draft to move up in the second round to get Landry Jones. Super Bowl. |
Fully expect McDaniels to be hired as the next head coach.
|
How the hell are they going to justify extending a guy who in his fourth full year, leads a team to the top overall draft pick?

Anything Patriot isn't worth it. Not one has succeeded with the bullshit way anywhere and now it's going down in flames in the motherland itself.

I don't give a shit how it happens, I just want a team that wins consistently and beats good teams.
I don't think Scott Pioli's way is a way that can accomplish that. It's hasn't shown to be able to do that without arguably the best QB in the history of the game. |

****ing dumbass. |
Hopefully Clark getting involved means that he also has a say in who the new HC will be. And that said HC is allowed to do his job fully.

No one but patriottree****tards will come here with him at the helm. |
Bad Guy, this needs to get out there now, and not be allowed to wait until the offseason when things die down.

But he's terribly underestimating the contempt for pioli. |

There is simply no justification in retaining him. |

Need a TE? Cool. No need for Gronk, Graham, or Hernandez. Select an oft-injured player from Iowa.
Need a NT? **** it. Don't worry about it until year four when an underachieving C-USA player comes available. Need a QB? Welp... |
Quote:
And do we really think they would be what they are now if they were being thrown to by Cassel for 4 years? |

The guy just can't get out of his own way.
The waste thats been at QB has caused such underperformance from other positions. I don't understand the concept that bringing Cassel in and keeping him for so long was a good idea? I really hope the asshole writes a book eventually just so we can see what his thoughts on Cassel were. |

Need ANY position other than offensive line or kicker? Welp... |
Balla ass GM right?

Succup isn't really that good.

Im not trying to defend the Moeaki pick, just saying that all of the TEs mentioned had warts and Pioli took a chance on the one that was a dual threat. Even Hamas said (before he left) that Moeakis overall value was probably equal to that of Hernandez or Graham. |

He's not bad, he's just not great. He's an average NFL kicker.

He's not as good as Barth, so there's that.

I LIKED THE 2011 DRAFT. I PRAISED THE EXECUTOR OF THAT DRAFT. TURNS OUT THE DRAFT WAS KINDA SHITTY, SO I WAS WRONG. I SHOULDA CALLED HIM "BALLS-ASS GM" OKAY!??!!? |

I'm just messin.
I think the 2011 draft was a good draft. I think Hudson and Houston have shown that they can be really good/great players. Baldwin hasn't put up numbers but with the QB play....anyway, not getting into that. I think it will end up being a good draft, but the 2010 draft is hurting right now too. |

Our kicking game pretty much won us the ****ing Saints game... |
Pioli has a vagina.

If Moeaki was catching passes from Brees, we'd be crying about how we passed him up.

Thats a good kind of player to gamble on in the late third round. So what if we traded an early 4th and late 5th on him? Those are usually throw away picks 7 out of 8 times, anyway. The kid is gonna be a big time weapon with a guy like Geno Smith. |

Tony Moeaki has been so shitty this year he makes Kevin Boss look all pro, before Boss was broken.
Could be the knee. Could be an accumulation of all his injuries finally catching up to him. Or maybe he's just not that good. |
I think Pioli will be remembered as a buffoon that was able to acquire talent in , but his own stubbornness to keep Cassel around WAYYY too long and his inability to hire the right coach made all that talent redundant while he was here.
I know the idea makes some guys puke, but I think if this team gets a guy like Geno Smith and a head coach like (brace yourselves) Bill Cowher...we will turn this thing around quickly. |
