BRC, you said earlier in this thread that I could do whatever I want to with the title...since I am the 2008-2009 king, can I appoint the 2008 title to ROR officially and still keep the 2009 title for myself so that it is made right?

The community was really clear that they didn't want a 2008 n00b declared. To allow you to declare a 2008 King would not be in keeping with "the will of the people". Give him your title but there can't be a 2008 only n00b.
