I only have 4 or 5 friends that are already 21, and no more than 2 of them know eachother.

Bring some money. If you have the right friends, you won't have to pay for much.

My rule of thumb, you pay for your own drinking drinks ie beer, mixed dringks. But your friends buy the shots. If you or shall I say your buddies do it right, you should only drop money on 2-5 drinks.

Okay, well I used to work at a drug store called Savon, now CVS. This was about 3 and a half years ago. Lets just say I got a really good "discount" on liquor.
