The Shriners commercials. They're on all the damn time. I swear there's a company man somewhere arranging the breeding of the next generation of special needs kids just to monetize it.

I'm glad he got paid, but the Kelce Pfizer commercials are a close second. There's plenty not to like in their history, but the way they pimp health care needs while cornering the market on several items is just sleazy. They probably even own the lab that's breeding the next round of Shriners kids.
