well yeah - of course you can make it cheaper at home. Same can be said for your plated puke.

My point is - you can go out to say 'zaxbys' and order a salad for $8 or get the Panera one w/ extra chicken for $10 - I like the fact that it includes a normal egg and apple.

So when you can't run home for lunch - it's not a bad value based on nutrition.

generally when I'm forced to eat out via shit fast food spots, it's Quiznos or Panera - because I can get a salad full of protein.
