How much of that is Vick? I know you pointed out that he should run Vick, but the guy hasn't been coaching for 2 years. He has shown he doesn't always have the correct balance. It's not just about how much, but when. I don't hate him, but I have on numerous times shaken my head at some of his decisions. Some of that may be due to the amount of time he has been in the league. The Eagles haven't exactly lived up to potential the past 2 years and thats not all because of Vick.

Crappy teams always manage to get coaches. There are 32 spots, that's it. Not to mention if they get a top pick that can be more attractive knowing you will have a chance at a QBOTF.

That's one of the best ratios in the league.

I do think he would need to hire a strong DC that could handle the defense (one that runs a 3-4) and the team would need a GM that he could work with...if those get filled, we could be in for a quick turnaround.

Reid won't work with a GM. He'll also bring his Philly cronies along so the Chiefs would go from the Patriot Way to being the Eagles west.
