Supreme Commanders, might I suggest we capture some of their operatives for purposes only known to the intelligence branch, therefore eliminating any possibility you may be indicted for war crimes, or circumventing the constitution. We also have ways of making the enemy talk once he is in our hands, as well as the possibility of recruiting a double agent, which is very beneficial to our cause.

I also suggest we open up diplomatic ties with the "Fax Faction." if we haven't already.

Now I kind of want to watch a documentary on that sort of thing, because it's so heinous yet so, so sexy.
