There's no such thing as THE team.

Your butthurt posts say otherwise.

No, I felt Smith deserved to make the AP All-American team. I made a strong argument that he was snubbed. He had a lot of strong things going in his favor, but historically sophomore offensive linemen have to wait their turn.

No big deal. My point the whole time that Smith would blow away the competition this year by such an overwhelming margin that voters that overlooked him last season would look back and regret it.

And when Smith leads Alabama over Florida, becomes a CONSENSUS All-American, takes home the Outland Trophy and helps the Crimson Tide win a National Championship, it will only strengthen my argument the voters made a colossal **** up last year.

Zach

Bottom line, you are a novice when it comes to college football. You are better off sticking to Chiefs topics. It's not your fault though. You didn't attend a major Division 1-A school. You pretty much jumped on the Mizzou bandwagon when they started winning because it was the new fad in the Show-Me State. It's totally understandable. I forgive your ignorance.

And this?

http://www.nfldraftdog.com/NCAA_2007/All-Americans.htm

I don't care what the AP voters said last December, they were wrong. Andre Smith was snubbed.

If you don't think Smith deserved to be an All-American, let me hear your argument. I have to get an explanation about his play from kstater or you. You guys keep running in circles, blabbering about the same mindless bullshit.

sorry, NFL Draft Dog.com's All American list is not recognized by the Chiefsplanet All Amercian sanctioning board. You may apply for recognition www.****offanddie.com/allamerican

Check out the nominees below, and cast your vote. But give it some thought because your vote will count towards the official tally! That's right. The results of the SportsNation voting will count as one official vote!

Did I say he wouldn't win the Outland Trophy or that he was a bad player somewhere along the line?

I have never trashed the guy.

You are really sensitive.

You did trash him in POST 38

Jake Long and Ryan Clady are going to have standout football careers, but Andre Smith's future is a lot brighter than Collins, Barton, Stanchek and Baker and I am going to rub it in every chance I get. This thread will be bumped until Smith puts on the gold jacket in Canton, Ohio.

I am just living up to my word in post 17.

If you look at post 7....

I just made a simple opinion be known, but you and kstater had to drag this shit out and mock me because we had a difference of opinion. This is your doing, not mine.

If you are going to talk shit about a special player, you deserve to be singled out over and over for being a dipshit.

Context is a wonderful thing. As of last year, Zach was correct.

Drag this shit out?

You were the one obsessing over it for a year.

When pressed last year, kstater or Zach could not come up with any tangible basis to support their opinions about Andre Smith.

I didn't have an opinion about Andre Smith. None...the guy could grow up to be the best lineman football had ever known and it wouldn't effect me in the least. Best of luck to him.

What I had was the FACT that he wasn't an All American.

You are emotionally tied to his success. Him being good or bad is of no difference to me.
