I had a weird feeling right before the snap McDuffie was going to blitz. He did a really great job of hiding it, and then RIGHT before the snap he started getting ready to launch and I screamed HERE COMES MCDUFFIE!

****ing legend.

Just a very poor job by the Bills getting it protected.

With a stick, while he slept.

But in Arrowhead, with 13 seconds...that man is unbeatable.

Does Kyle Brandt still do his little interviews with Josh? I remember thinking when I saw one that they were trying to replicate the weekly interview that McAfee does with Aaron Rodgers but Josh didn’t really have anything interesting to say.

Allen’s press conference was sad — dude was completely and totally gutted.

Josh Allen should go to the Buffalo owner and make some demands. First of all, he needs a huge raise considering the insane contracts handed out recently to the likes of Trevor Lawrence, Dak Prescott, and Jordan Love.

Second of all, Sean McDermott cannot handle Andy Reid's playcalling & Patrick Mahomes' playmaking tendencies. Buffalo owner should force McDermott to hire someone from the outside to help with the defense. If McDermott refuses to follow orders, replace him with a new head coach.

The Bills currently have negative cap space for 2025, with the following free agents:

Amari Cooper, Rasul Douglas, Mack Hollins, Dawuane Smoot, Ty Johnson, Quinton Jefferson, Jordan Phillips, Damar Hamlin.

I don't know how many contracts they have that could be cut/restructured, but seems like they are likely to be a worse team next year.

TinyEvel 01-27-2025 10:25 AM

Just want to say that I hope Christian Benford is OK. That was hard to watch him looking dead in the eyes and needing help to stand on his feet then going on the cart. He needed help to walk into the locker room, too.

Should have never been cleared to play. I hope he's able to recover from this.

If there isn't an investigation as to how/why he was cleared to play, the league should never be able to mention the words "player safety" ever again.

They should have reloaded, but they didn't - they are in their "lets try and keep this window to win open" phase where they just slowly get worse

Bearcat 01-27-2025 10:55 AM

It feels greedy to experience all the amazingness of reaching the AFCCG every season and now it's been 3 years since their last playoff loss and one game from 3peating.... AND on top of that hoping Lamar Jackson never wins a SB and a good portion of Bills Mafia never experiences true joy, but I'm here for it.

I suspect they'll get fined. Draft picks should be on the table.

Good.

Josh Allen still has zero game tying/winning drives in the playoffs. I’ve heard people, including people on this board) say he’s clutch, and :13 seconds proves it. That’s stat alone shows exactly how unclutch he actually is. The whole day yesterday, I had zero thoughts of us losing that game. During the game, even when we didn’t have the lead. We have played this game all season. The first 3 1/2 quarters don’t really matter as long as we’re not having one of THOSE games. If you have the lead, and are kicking to Mahomes with time left on the clock….. you’re already dead. You just don’t realize it yet.

I have nothing but faith that he will complete this threepeat, through hell or high water. This has been the teams goal, since they were holding the Lombardi at the end of last year’s SB. They mentioned it on the podium. 60 minutes away from unprecedented immortality. 3600 seconds until there’s NOTHING anyone can say disputing the greatness of this dynasty, of these players and coaches. This is bigger than an undefeated season, that’s already been done once, and we still hear about it every single season until the last team gets beat. I just don’t see how any team will ever win 3 in a row again. And these players and coaches aren’t gonna let that slip out of their grasp. Not this close to it.

I'm genuinely concerned for that young mans future. The bill organization should be fined and lose a draft pick or two for putting a football game ahead of his life.

I mean, is anyone really surprised?

They did the same thing with Josh Allen in a game earlier this year. It was Week 4, I believe. Josh was knocked out on the field, came out, went into the tent, short time later came out they gave him some smelling salts and stuck him back in the game. Was crazy to watch.

Guess Bills prioritize winning above all else. Player safety not a primary concern with them.

They have some rough contracts. They can cut Miller and give him the June 1 designation and saved a good amount of cap space this year, but it's a $10M dead hit the following season if they do that.

The Dallas Knox contract is a real stinker. He's got a $15M cap hit next year AND it's hard to cut him unless you June 1 designate him, too.

Curtis Samuel is on a decent deal and has not provided the value he's being paid to provide.

They can bonus out some of Allen's contract and create space, and probably will have to do that. Also can go to Dawkins and Milano and push those contracts down the road (but Milano is old and injury prone now, so that's risky).

They're not in as good a spot as they should be considering this was supposed to be a reload year.

I was completely gutted when Thurman Thomas stomped the Montana led Chiefs to go to their 4rth straight Super Bowl, only to surely Lose. Patience, and making peace with the fact that it is o.k. To die and never see the Super Bowl win is something I had to do. This allowed me to enjoy the AFC Championship game vs. Brady, started to get my hopes up near the end. It looked like a handful of people were huddled around him, propping him up Weekend at Bernie's style. I'm thinking... My god, are they hoping he comes to so they can get him back in the game?!

During the game there are impartial concussion doctors. Do the teams clear a player to return the following week or is it always handled by an impartial review? If the impartial review cleared him then of course every playoff team is going to play him.

The Bills have really ****ed up WR.

Coleman looks like a low ceiling player. Might be fine but not going to be a star.

Shakir is already at the end of his rookie deal going into year 4 now. He’s a nice player, but that level of WR has been getting paid big time. Do the Bills pay him like that?

Samuel isn’t anything special. Hollins is a JAG. Cooper isn’t who he used to be.

Passing on Worthy and McConkey (among others I’m sure) was bad. They probably still kick themselves for trading for Diggs instead of taking Jefferson.

Blinded by the light.

Jesus. Jefferson with Allen is a ****ing horror show. That would have been truly terrifying.

No.

I would love to get the bottom left pic put on a Christmas Ornament.

very weak effort by nfl memes, first two aren't even the right game

Life must be incredibly frustrating for Bills fans. They've got the second-best QB in the league, but he’s still without a single trophy, of any kind. It’s hard to ignore the fact that they could have easily won two Super Bowls by now if it weren’t for the greatest player to ever live consistently cucking them nearly every seasom. At least they've got conspiracies, dildos, emergency room visits, and July 4th to look forward to.

I wondered about that first one, definitely not the first AFCCG.

They replayed this Bills broadcast last night before the game.

When he says "game, set, match" I chuckle. It was "game". Chiefs take the MATCH.

LMAO

We play in Buffalo again next year. Do you think the fans are going to be way less enthusiastic if the Bills win yet another worthless regular season matchup against us?

It's literally their superbowl

History tells us that they and the media will completely overvalue and act like they won the Super Bowl, it if they win. For the Chiefs, it’ll be Sunday.

They should really try letting us win that game one of these years instead of playing it like their own personal regular season SB.
