Seriously what did people do before toilet paper? They couldn't have gotten their asses clean or their hands clean after wiping those brownie kind of poops off with a leaf. Everyone must have smelled like shit all the time. No wonder people died of diseases when they were 26. Good old days like hell. Imagine walking around with a perpetual skid mark in your pants. No thanks.

Well, I think the rich French aristocrats wiped their asses with poor people. Not sure what the British did, but maybe that's what all the wigs were for... in case of emergency.
