Yea, that really bothers me.

I want to change it to Athens Assassin though, if that's allowed. Athenian Assassin is too many syllables. Would be difficult to say if drinking while watching games.

What's wrong with Furious George? It's a natural.

Anyway, the kid's a stud, and he's going to get 10 sacks this year.

Furious George is fine. Sackrates is better.

Just my opinion, of course.

And if you lose the K it reads like a Bursa Sac.

You know it will be Furious George, it's already hit the media.

Also it's way better than whatever Mitch Holthus would come up with which would probably be something like White Zeus

If it catches on, the announcers are going to start saying it, and people won't need to put it in writing. And if they do, everybody will know what they mean.

It's fine.

Everyone wants their own pet project, instead of simply seeing the obvious choice :(

Gyro Hero is too damn cheesy. And if you don’t think those words rhyme, you aren’t married to a Greek.

Furious George is really good but I also like Sackrates.

It's a reference to a 25 year old movie. I don't think it works.

Just watched some sports show analysts do the math and figure out that the best pass-rushing DEs of all-time got either a sack or a half-sack about 7% of the time. In other words, actually getting sacks was incredibly difficult and about 93% of the time even the Derrick Thomas' and the Reggie White's of the NFL didn't get home.

If you think about it, that means that DEs probably the vast majority of their money doing other things.

I don't think he's hoping for the Bill and Ted pronunciation he's hoping for the "sack - rah -tees" pronunciation

ah. Yeah, someone referenced So-crates early on in the discussion so I was only seeing it that way.

Yeah. it works.

I still like Furious George better.
