we need to 100% trust andy and veach on wide receivers right now because they hit back to back home runs with juju and mvs, and watson was a solid double

Biggest concern is obviously can he stay healthy. All the talent in the world doesn't mean anything if he can't be available. If he can stay healthy, I think he's probably (like 99% certain) going to be just fine with KC.

Chiefs been in discussions with him since spring, they told that fool not to play and to stay healthy. He did just that.

That would be some extremely advanced tampering. Next level stuff

What if Justin Ross heals up and is ready to hit his potential next year too? Mahomes could have weapons that rival the Bills and Bengals.

wr room is going to be real, real solid for awhile

if the chiefs hit on pacheco and they can find another lineman in the draft the offense is going to be so damn good for the next three seasons minimum

and then mahomes hits his prime :D

He has to know this too.

Must have been some good weed.

This. Even Mahome's detractors know that his "prime" years are still a few seasons away. He is the best ever 70 games in- how great can he be as he matures?

:thumb: It looked like it. Mahomes looks very happy.

I'll be curious to see if/when Toney gets more snaps if defenses will go back to how they defended us last year to take away the deep pass.

Right now Patrick Mahomes is in 1st place with passes over 25 yards (22). If Toney starts getting more snaps and they defend us the same, I could see him absolutely exploding.

tom brady's best season - 30

peyton manning - 28

joe montana - 33

drew brees - 32

john elway - 33

favre is an exception here, although he had his best season at 40 his 2nd and 3rd were 27 and 28, but mahomes isn't favre

given his trajectory and the fact his scrambling doesn't rely on speed but rather quickness, i don't foresee any falloff in mahomes play until his mid 30s

Why would Mahomes slow down on his mid 30s?
