Tonight at my neighborhood pool I saw a nice SUV with Chiefs license plate and MU badge, "JMAC19".
Anyone from here? |

Even in that 2015 was Maclin even that great? Barely Scrapped 1000 yards in 15 starts, 2 of his bigger games in terms of yards were basically in garbage time vs Cincinnati and Green Bay.
Apart from that only a couple of decent games. I guess some people will blame Smith for that. |
I think when Maclin came to KC, most knew he was a marginal WR1, and had to be overpaid to get pulled in.
A marginal WR1 was desperately needed at the time, so not much in the way of complaints. The bottom line is, he wasn't likely to play well enough again to earn that 13+ mil cap hit. The downside is, if other WRs at the top get injured, the Chiefs will likely not even be a playoff team this season. |
Maclin is a good WR but nobody is game planning because he must be accounted for.
Champions are not one man shows in the passing game. That's why Hill is going to be so valuable going forward. Makes it harder to stop Kelce and I have big hopes for Conely being able to live up to his talent like Robinson. I think we will be fine I Alex can not get worse like he did last season. |

On Offense just need to run the ball and not ask Alex to do too much. |

A "barely" 1,000 yard receiving season with Bubble Screen Alex Smith as your QB is the equivalent of a 2,000 yard receiving season with a normal QB who throws the ball more than 2 yards downfield on a consistent basis. |
