The threepeat comes naturally or it doesn't. Spoiled is not the way to go down

Veach doesn't trade good picks for rentals. If he trades it will be for someone on a cheap contract with multiple years or rookie deal imo.

Melvin Ingram was a rental

If they don't do something this week, I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense to do anything.

Use the bye week to your advantage in getting someone up to speed. Maybe you start getting a small return on your investment by Week 8-9 and full speed by the playoffs.

Otherwise, unless you're dealing for someone that already knows the system, there's a chance you're just throwing away a pick.

But it's not like it's their choice alone. You need another side willing to move a player. And why wouldn't those teams just wait in hopes that something turns into a bidding war?

If you really want a player now - weeks before the deadline - you'll very likely have to pay more than you would at the deadline itself.

I said for good picks. Ingram was for a 6th round pick.

I agree completely, and I think it's worth the slight overpay to get the new guy in during a bye week.

They pushed the deadline back, which helps get more action but might hurt us here in terms of doing anything.

Unless it's Adams, I'd guess nothing happens for a bit.

Paying Trey is just stupid cap management. No matter how good he plays this year.

Pay McDuffie
Let Trey walk
George is the wildcard. It really depends on how expensive he is.

Ehh, IDK. Thuney is on his way out as is. I’d prefer we keep the OL good to great for Mahomes if we can and they’re already cheap at LT for now.

I will start with a 5th. Id give them a 2nd if I absolutely have to. Remember our 2nd is like a 3rd.

You're begging to be right back in the same boat when he re-injures it.

You think these IRs are because they’re actually hurt or they don’t want to get hurt lol.

You sign any of these pieces of shit yet?

rfaulk34 10-09-2024 01:47 PM

That said, i'd love to see you all get Cooper. He's not doing shit for my FF team and needs a QB who can hit an open receiver.
