Just think the draft is 3 days now. Planet is going to be rough.

Yeah, 3 days really turns it into a cluster****. Gone are the all day Saturday draft parties. I used to skip school in the 80's to watch the draft when it was on Mondays.

I went to the draft last year at Arrowhead, no way I am doing that this year on a Thursday.

I went to the Arrowhead Draft Party the year they took DJ. It was actually kind of fun. Who knows if they'll even do that this year?

They are, I got my request in the mail with my season tickets.

This year it will be the Brian Bulaga Fest.

I know you hate the Chiefs. I'm sure Pioli will do a great job like he's done so far.

ROFL

God.....I couldn't really see anybody that I wanted with this pick for the Eagles. I was hoping that Blount would last 2 more picks...but that didn't happen. So instead of going after someone who I think could help take some of the load off of McCoy.....I'll go with another weapon for McNabb/Kolb/Vick.

The Philadelphia Eagles select Dennis Pitta, TE, Brigham Young University.

My pick for the Packers here I think is solid value and gives them a player who will bring some versatility on offense and special teams..adding some speed and playmaking ability to a backfield that needs it...

Green Bay selects Joe McKnight, RB, USC

Given how much you've buried him in the past, I'm surprised.

Like his value in the 4th for a team with a Packers style offense, I just didn't like that SC would try to use him as the man, he's made for a platoon type role that the NFL will provide him.

The Cards are going to go with value and then upside.

First, this player offers versatility at center and guard:

Eric Olsen, C, Notre Dame.

DeezNutz 03-22-2010 09:48 PM

Next, this player must put on weight and transition from the spread. Both can be done, and this is a great place to take a risk on a player with much upside:

Tony Pike, QB, Cincinnati.
