Another where if he pulls the trigger at the right time it's probably 8 yards.

Matt Cassel shit.

Zero anticipation. By the time he noticed Toney was open, the LB had seen it as well and Jones wouldn't pull the trigger.

He's out there waiting for a guy to be open instead of break open. I don't watch enough Jones to speak to how often he does that, but usually they're like spiders - if you see one, there are WAY more behind the walls.

I always wondered why Jones wasn't better than he is because I think he's a great pure thrower of the football. But that would make some sense - he just doesn't (didn't?) have the necessary anticipation. He's behind the play.

He still doesn't there's a reason they don't have a WR over 200 yards this year...that offense is entirely about Saquon Barkley being superman and doing ridiculous things.

In my opinion the player he reminds me the most of is Dante Hall in his joystick esque movements. Yes much taller but still seems to have his type of movement.

The coaches and team will have their hands full though getting through to him and getting him to be a functional adult. He has displayed some serious bad team characteristics in a short amount of time. But being that he is young there is still a good chance that he like many of us here I am sure, wake up one day and realize what idiots we were at that age in so many aspects.

Hopefully this kid takes this opportunity seriously.

They said he'd be out a minimum of 4-6 weeks. It sounds kind of bad.

So sounds like he’ll be out when we play them. And possibly Williams won’t be available for LAC when we play them either.

I loved him as a WR for KC, but there was no way he was going to fall to the 2nd round, or even our first-rounder if we had kept it.

Going to be great to see what he can do with Pat.

I always felt from the first time I saw Jones that he had a pretty good arm and arm talent, but a ten-cent head; he just never threw with any anticipation, the receiver always had to be wide open before he'd consent to throwing the ball.

Pat on this play would stare down the outside route and make the S bite on that, then flick it to Toney just after the break.

And when you look at the route he ran in the clip that got called back for holding, look at the nuance of that route. After he cuts around those two defenders on the right, he actually runs a rub with the other Giants receiver, making himself wide open. That's pretty advanced stuff right there.

I don’t have a good feeling about this tbh

On every single one of these, there's zero chance Pat doesn't make the throw.

Drink more antifreeze until your outlook changes, or until you lay still and post no more.

Good lord, is it a funny pic angle, or could Toney palm a large pumpkin? He should never drop a pass...

That's the job in front of the coaching staff. It's not unlocking the talent because it just oozes out of him.

It's getting his head screwed on straight.

Oh, look. It's another member of the "Slow Eyes" club!

Who will be president this year? Daniel Jones? Justin Fields? Tune in to find out!
