I would say if Zayn was ready to return start his push right there. Its too bad they fed Owens to the stale main eventers as he could slide right in as a main event monster heel.

Bryan, Cena, and Lesnar are the top three I'd put up there. Bryan has been cleared for quite some time now by an outside doctor, Cena is a phone call away, and Lesnar would just require another big payday.

Owens, Del Rio, Ambrose, Ziggler, Sheamus, Ryback. It's really not doomsday for WWE.

WWE is my off-season TV show. The second pre season football starts, I quit watching. Then I pick back up again before Wrestlemania.

Seems like that's how they book too. Just mail it in during football.

During attitude era they could compete a little bit with MNF. Not much, but a little. Nowadays, their only hope is a turd of a matchup that no one cares about. Even then, football season rules TV. I do love good pro wrestling, but man, when it sucks, it straight up sucks. When it's good, it's amazing.

Love to see Ambrose take the title and maybe a face vs face match with Reigns at WM. Shades of Hogan/Warrior.
