But what is their record if they don't commit a stupid DPI on a 4th and 16 at the end of a game?

And then what happens if they don't bobble a FG snap in OT in another game?

What happens if Tanner Hudson doesn't fumble right before he goes into the EZ in even another game?

What's their record now, Osmo?

Of course he was injured. Then he had surgery and healed. Now he manipulates it to keep/get more flexibility.

You do realize...that's...what they recommend...right?

Chiefs are really ****ing good. 6-0 despite 6 TD and 8 picks and multiple sub 200 yard passing games. Bengals would be 0-6

I give you credit for calling it like it is.

Not this year.

O.city 10-21-2024 07:54 AM

They still have Pitt 2 times, so figure that's likely a split and the Ravens in Balt and the Browns again.

I'd imagine that is at worse a 2-2 stretch so that puts them at 6 losses. Looking at their schedule I don't know that I see another 2 losses....so they'll likely get to 10-7

Red Dawg 10-21-2024 08:19 AM

Eagles for them is big. If they lose that one their danger level goes up.

Two things to keep in mind.

1. Bengals are undefeated in the white helmet. This week is the white out game.

2. I'm undefeated watching the game on the deck with the fam. Did it yesterday for the first time this year and gonna do it again next Sunday for the 1pm kickoff.

You and your team and your QB and your state are LOSERS!!!

4/5 losses were at home too. So those shiteaters got to take it all in and that’s nice to think about

DRM08 10-27-2024 07:30 PM

Defense fell apart in 2nd half. Game was 10-10 at halftime. But you gotta score more than 17 against a pretty explosive Eagles team.

I am now thinking they won't. They have lost 5 now. They will beat the Faid but then Ravens probably give them number 6. Pitt will get one and that's 7. No room for error at all. Number 8 is probably inevitable. Pitt defense may get them twice.

Maybe y’all should give Burrow the rest of the season on vacation. Protect him from injury. Give him a chance to heal up from previous injuries like the wrist deal last year. Tank the rest of this season for a better spot in the Draft.

Lamar might be more overrated. If he gets another MVP this year and chokes once again in the Playoffs, I don’t know any other way to describe him than overhyped & overrated by the media.

Lamar at least carries that team in the regular season. Burrow is carried by Chase and Higgins.

tredadda 10-27-2024 08:02 PM

Looks like another year of Burrow’s career where the SB window closes. I don’t expect much to change as they won’t have the guts to trade Chase now for a haul of picks to rebuild. They will keep and break the bank paying for him despite him not being good enough to get them to a SB. Not taking anything away from him as a WR as he’s easily Top 5 in the league, but they have too many issues and Chase is not enough to fix them.

He becomes a more athletic Favre or Rodgers without a ring. Great enough in the regular season to put up MVP numbers and win MVPs, but not good enough when legends are made.

I dunno. In both of Lamar’s MVP seasons, the Ravens had the #1 ranked defense. We were told last year it was the best defense in 30+ years and the Chiefs might as well just forfeit the AFC title game. Lol

The Bengals are all about reinventing the wheel. They want to do it their way instead of the tried and true way to build a championship team and as long as they keep stubbornly doing that, they will fail. They have a mom and pop convenience store front office, trying to compete with the Waltons.

7-0 record coming off B2B SBs and a 90 QBR in 4th quarters this year. If that's past his prime, sounds like we still have plenty to look forward to.

Burrow is definitely good at throwing 50/50 jump balls to Chase and Higgins and drawing the occasional DPI. Have to give him that much.

The other parts of being a QB though? A bit of a struggle.

Right. He's transitioning to a player who can still make plays at the end of the game, but you can't make plays unless the defense keeps you in the game.

That's his career now. Hope the team keeps you in it, so you can win it. If that ever fails him...well, you still have memories of a better time.

Naw, give him weapons like Joey Bridesmaid and he'll have 50 touchdown passes again. Hell he may have had them this year if the WR Corps hadn't gotten hurt.

No idea what parameters you used for that specific rank but the fact that the top five is rounded out with Dak, Tua, Goff, and Cousins tells me this metric is not indicative of a QB that does anything special to be a true difference maker.

LMAO call me when Mahomes misses the fuxking playoffs with talents like Chase and Higgins at wide receiver. You're a freaking joke. Mahomes simply adjusting his style of play knowing he has the best defense in the NFL. Called complimentary football bud.
