Expect a lot of movement between the MWC, AAC and remaining PAC 4… should be interesting who puts together the best plan. There is certainly an opportunity to strengthen if you are MWC or AAC but you are also at risk of being picked apart by remaining PAC.

Washington State and Oregon State better start praying.

Stanford vetoing Texas in the early 90s and then vetoed the adding the 6 Big 12 schools in the early 10s has kicked them in the ass and I'm enjoying it.

While on the call, UO and UW officials informed Pac-12 presidents they were accepting an imminent invite from Big Ten, which had cooled on the additions only to re-engage today. “Oregon told us they were out unless their (Apple) figures didn’t increase,” says a P12 school source |
Put me in the group that geographically, none of this makes no effing sense...I hate it.

As reported last night, Big Ten’s offer to Oregon and Washington - if plans didn’t change - was expected to be a partial share (👇). Other details are unclear, but this reduced rate likely convinced B1G powers like Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and USC to agree to the move.

Pac-12 leaders held “positive” meetings the last 3 days to examine details of Apple deal.
Presidents of schools whose membership is in question - namely UW/UO - participated in calls & suggested they were willing to vote this morning on a GoR https://twitter.com/rossdellenger/st...n6FHKMqlrjZx2w |
