Cowboys have the most uninspiring offseason as usual.

RunKC 04-24-2025 07:27 PM

What a stupid ****ing pick

ChiefsCountry 04-24-2025 07:27 PM

Booker will be a stud.

Semichief 04-24-2025 07:28 PM

Love seeing a guard taken. Pushes the board down for us!

KCUnited 04-24-2025 07:28 PM

Fruitiest draft ever

There's no way that many people can fit there. It's sandwiched between the Resch Center and Lambeau in the NE lot. 60k sounds more accurate.

Rain Man 04-24-2025 07:28 PM

Tyler Booker fashion report. Terrible gaudy necklace with at least two, possibly three brooches. The jacket is low key, the white pants are bold, but the brown and white kind of works. Nice dress shoes.

I'll give this guy a B+, despite the necklace.

RunKC 04-24-2025 07:29 PM

Come on Miami please take Simmons

They need to take Josh Simmons.

I like Tyler Booker's parents. They seem nice.

Yup.

First 'extra' pick in there. So far it's been pretty chalk, if a little out of order.

Booker going this high helps us.

In fairness, the Larry Allen Cowboys won some Super Bowls. A franchise guard can take a team a long way.

It doesn’t even seem any busier around here than it does during Packer games. I was still seeing hotels offering rooms for as low as $399 a night. Traffic hasn’t even been bad near the stadium, and I still saw plenty of parking open around the area even 30 minutes before the draft started. I think they are definitely inflating the numbers.

Bottom line is, who in the hell wants to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to come to a shithole like Green Bay in the middle of April when the weather is pure shit most of the time? They overplayed their hand a bit for sure.

NFL teams are running way more power and running backs are back.

smithandrew051 04-24-2025 07:31 PM

Booker is excited to be a Cowboy and wants to win multiple championships.

Who wants to tell him?

FloridaMan88 04-24-2025 07:31 PM

The draft doesn’t really begin until Brent Peach finds a way to ruin the night for Buffalo fans.

Looking forward to this.

How far does Sanders fall?

Interesting. I couldn't get a hotel room 6 months ago for this weekend in Appleton.

The Steelers

How would we feel about Pearce Jr. at 31? He's fun to watch, but unsure about his ability against the run.

Can’t believe they took Grant over Nolen

Rain Man 04-24-2025 07:36 PM

Dang. I wanted Kenneth Grant to fall to us.

However, that was before I saw his draft day outfit. What the heck was that? I can forgive an 800-lb guy for having a poor fitting suit, but those patch thingies on it are not acceptable. However, no bad necklace, so that helps.

Fashion Grade: D-.

They took Patrick Paul in the 2nd last year to develop at LT. There were more thoughts they'd want a RT to move Austin Jackson inside.

BossChief 04-24-2025 07:37 PM

Grant going this early is a great sign that a serious talent will be within striking distance.

Chieftain 04-24-2025 07:37 PM

Jeremiah says all the good tackles are gone. He must not think too highly of Simmons or Conerly.

comochiefsfan 04-24-2025 07:37 PM

MahomesMagic 04-24-2025 07:38 PM

Love the player but that's not a KC style DT.

Reminds me a bit of Alim McNeil who I loved when he came out.

I had him as the top guy available for us if the draft went really poorly for us. So he's up a little bit.

And that's probably because of Harmon's injury thing.

Couch-Potato 04-24-2025 07:38 PM

LOL why on earth don’t we do the draft and the games in the live room?

This randomly reminds me of the year long ago when the Chiefs drafted tight ends in the first round and the third round. I have no idea what was behind that decision.

It looks like it was 1981 - Willie Scott in the first and Marvin Harvey in the third.

Coach 04-24-2025 07:41 PM

Edge is obvious need in Atlanta.

Heard there isn’t much difference between 10-32 at this point would rather have the the extra pick.
