So we're gonna go ahead and put that $20.5 million Tyreek Hill extension rumor to bed now, right?

I mean look, this is probably more like 3/$14 per when all is said and done (and the 4 year deal is to make the first couple of years laugably low on the cap) but jesus.

DJ's left nut 03-14-2022 01:51 PM

This market is so odd, though.

Cappa at 'only' $10 million per and Sydney Jones got what amounts to asswipe money.

Just sit this out and see what falls through.

he’s not a reliable option for any kind of major investment from a team that’s not desperate. I’d guess he’s going to only get a 1-2 year deal in a week or 2. I’d be open to that but in no way shape or form should we offer anything substantial.

They are going to try their best to overhaul the WRs just like the OL last year. I’ve been saying it the whole time.

Jacksonville Jaguars are spending their $39 M of cap space. Earlier reported to be $56 M.

G Brandon Scherff - Money not yet reported.

WR Christian Kirk - 4 year, $72 to $84 million

DT Folorunso Fatukasi - 3 year, $30 M

LB Foye Oluokun - 3 year, $45 M

The reason he’s so damn good is because he can move all over the defense. It’s why I was kinda hoping he would be our big FA addition. His ideal position probably isn’t base 4-3 end, though. Spags would have him all over the place creating havok.

Completely agree! Marquez Valdes-Scantling makes great catches and then drops easy ones. He is a drive killer that the Chiefs should avoid.

Last season he was at 47.3% catch rate. In 2020 his drop rate was 11.1%.

There are better options for the Chiefs.

Titty Meat 03-14-2022 02:42 PM

That's a steal for the Fins

The Franchise 03-14-2022 02:42 PM

What's a few years? Three?

MVS - 85 catches, 1572 yards, 11 TDs, 48% catch rate - Aaron Rodgers
Juju - 154 catches, 1521 yards, 12 TDs, 68% catch rate - Ben Roethlisberger
Landry - 207 catches, 2584 yards, 11 TDs, 63% catch rate - Baker Mayfield

And that's with Juju missing most of 2021 due to the shoulder injury.

That guys not very realistic or knowledgeable, imo.

This teams problem offensively last year was 2 fold

Andy refused to run the ball
Pat didn’t trust any of his WRs except Hill, Kelce snd later in the year started building trust with Pringle and Hardman. -Towards the end of their third years in the system/offense-

That’s why Pat wants a couple dependable vets at WR and Veach will follow that up with a draft pick WR, too.

We’re going to strike fear into the league again and there will be no counter punch.
