Anderson has already proven himself to be a dependable, all-around RB in the NFL. The only knock on him is he tends to get injured because of his running style. |

Lol |

His body has never allowed him to play a full 16 game season. Last year, he was only available for 7 games. Now that's what I call, dependable! |

Anderson sucks.

I hope I'm wrong but Anderson and Siemian both looked more than capable to me. |
CP is getting to be great comedy relief. If you are having a bad day, you feel bad about yourself, or whatever. Just come to CP and start reading Clay's player evaluations. They are comedy gold. I find myself laughing within minutes every time. Normally I hate stupid comedy. But Clay is hilarious. The way he just keeps coming up with the stupidest evaluations and then fights to defend it only to be proven wrong....... again. Clay, are you really Victor C. Reilly?
|
I never said Hunt sucked. Get a life.
|
You pretty much did when you made the bet that he wouldn't get 200 yards this season. Not that you will honor that bet. Just like you're not honoring the one that you lost to me. You pathetic welching loser!
|

And I never said he sucked, in fact my posts in this thread speak kindly of him. No one saw Spencer Ware's injury coming though so please just give it a rest. |
God Bless you, KnowMo. You're a different breed of **** from Tigger/Sandy/Pen****.

We've really had an embarrassment of riches at RB for the last 15 years or so. Stoked to use Kareem up in pursuit of a championship, instead of wasting his career.

That ****er is NOT slow

This kid just might be good

Poor DJ's Left Nut.
|
I absolutely do not wish injury on any Chief. But how do you think this season would be going if Ware was healthy and getting the majority of the carries?
|
A legitimate case can be made that he is the NFL's best running back right now.
8.5 YPC. |
Is he a Dorse find or was Veach pounding the table for him?

Feeling better now? |
3 games into the season....I think most GM's would easily take him over Ezekiel Elliott.
|
We already had Hill and Kelce. Now Hunt. If Mahomes is anything close to what we hope he is, this team should have a perennial top 5 offense for years to come.

But...Andy. |
How many missed tackles does he create? He will be 3 yes behind scrimmage, make contact and end up with 11 yd gain. Unreal.
|
If he retired right now he'd be a HOFer.
|
There is a new Beast Mode and his name is Kareem Hunt.

8.5 YPC is f**king filthy. That would be amazing at the high school level, let alone the NFL...
One has to wonder if Kareem might break Jamaal's NFL single season record for YPC.. |
HB KAREEM HUNT, 90.4 OVERALL GRADE
Hunt looked like the best player on the field and sealed the game with a 69-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter. The Chiefs offensive line continued to give Hunt space to find holes and he took advantage, averaging over 10 yards per carry. The rookie gained 67 of his 172 yards after contact, and forced 7 missed tackles on the day. |
He accelerates so quickly. Looks to be quicker than his 40 time, but with that acceleration its almost a moot point.
|
Did great tonight. Reid needs to feed him the ball more to keep the defense honest and force DBs to play closer to the LOS so that Hill can feast.
|
Hunt is the first player ever to score a 50+ yard touchdown in each of his first 3 games.:drool:

Ware has the same bruising style and his play fell off last year because he was beat up. Reid obviously doesn't want that to happen so he's purposely holding Hunt to 15-18 carries a game. We need to find a RB to get 5-7 touches a game because West has been garbage. |
Quote:
And besides the Chiefs, every team in the NFL passed on him TWICE. I dont think there is any "credit" to give out to anyone in the NFL. The whole league whiffed on Hunt, and we got lucky. |
He's a bad ass. The OL can run block but pass protection has been crap for two games now.

You have to play the draft. |

Yeah, people on here say Hunt is slow. His Fastest clocked time in the NFL of Week 1 was a fluke..
https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/stats/t...-ball-carriers 20.84 - Week 1 20.82 - Week 3 Tiger said he would not approach that time again. Hunt continues to prove the skeptics wrong. Please tell me again how Hunt lacks burst and is SLOW!! |
BTW- The Chiefs have 2 Players in the top 10 fastest times through Week 3.
Hill at - 3rd fastest 21.17 and is also at the 11 spot. Hunt - holds 9 and 10 spots- with the fastest clocked time in Week 1. Speed kills folks! 4 spots in the top 11 belong to the Chiefs. |

Hunt was taking so many shots yesterday. He took some glancing blows but watch some of those runs again where it looks like guys didn't really hit him because they didn't bring him down - those hits were HARD. And since he rarely goes down on first contact, he takes 2-3 extra shots per run. And then there were 2 or 3 times where he did get chopped down and I recall at least two of them looking nasty (the play where he laid the hit on the safety looked to ding him a bit also; you could see as he got up that he felt that one). Hunts style is bruising as hell and the staff needs to be cognizant of that. If they can keep him in that 15-18 touches/gm range and still win 12+ games, they need to try to do so. It's not about regular season success anymore - they need a fresh, productive Hunt in the post-season and the kid's going to have to deal with a rookie wall at some point (everyone does). I love how they're using him right now. Gotta have an eye on January. |
I really really wish West was playing better. They need another running back to atleast be decent
|
We just need a better change of pace back because West isn't cutting t.
|

Ryan Mathews is still out there. I know he can't stay healthy but he did okay as a platoon back in Philly last year. Has tools that would seem to fit this system well. He's a bit fumble-prone and the neck thing last year must have scared people off. Just seems odd that he can't latch on anywhere. You would think he could be useful as a complementary player. Is Tre Mason just too big of a ****up to get another shot? Justin Forsett can't come in and give a few quality carries? |
