The argument isn't whether Kentucky is the best team. They're not, KU is, by a pretty good margin. It's whether Kentucky has beaten ranked teams.

I dont care who Kentucky has beaten, The took down Miss St last night with some of the best SEC officiating you have ever seen...

Otherwise UK would have two bad losses...

Whether or not they were ranked at the time is completely irrelevant. Did they somehow become better or worse based on their ranking? No, of course not. They are what they always were. UNC was always overrated, whether their ranking reflected that or not. That is the crux of the issue, here. The teams that UK beat were overrated. The ranking is moot. KU has more quality wins and by far more quality road wins. That's just a fact.

Because the rankings at the beginning of the season are not meaningless. AT ALL.

It's a pointless and irrelevant argument then. KU is better. It doesn't matter how many ranked teams either has beaten.
