Random Top 15: Courtney Thorne-Smith.

Why she's in the Top 15: See my earlier post about Meredith Baxter-Birney. She's a later-era clone of Meredith, and she's gorgeous. I could imagine a lot of things happening at our local neighborhood beautification committee meeting.

Honorable mention: Maureen McCormick. C'mon, who wouldn't have a crush on Marsha Brady if they were my age. Rowr. She's aged really well, too. She could easily make the top 15 if I could envision her being mischievous.

Random Top 15: Natalie Portman

Why she's in the Top 15: I kind of like the pocket-sized gals, and you can't watch her in Garden State without coming away with a huge crush. And despite being pocket-sized, she's capable of incredibly sultry eye contact. Yum.

One might just insert Keira Knightley in this spot, but I think Natalie edges her out, assuming that they're not the same person.

Honorable mention: Nicole Kidman. She's gorgeous enough to make a man's knees buckle on sight. However, I'm not sure how relatable she is. She's more like a beautiful piece of art that you admire from a distance.

I absolutely loved Christa Miller back in the day, it's a shame she looks like the Joker now with all those surgeries.

It's funny, I've always had a thing for brown-eyed brunettes. Valerie Bertinelli, Dawn Wells, Raquel Welch, Carrie Fisher, Maren Jensen, Barbi Benton (saw a lot of her in my stepdad's not so well hidden Playboy stash in the basement) - always preferred brunettes over blondes.

Barbi Benton!!!!!

And dont forget Adrian Barbeau.

Random Top 15: Salma Hayek.

Why she's in the top 15: If you have to ask, I can't help you. Simply put, she has the most amazing figure in cinematic history, and also a great accent.

Honorable mention: Valerie Bertinelli. The girl you really wanted at the next locker in high school. Maybe not quite perfect enough for the top 15, but good for all other purposes.

Dude, spot on. Dated, but how many of the other listed starlets had their poster on the ceiling of adolescent boys rooms and/or posted in their Dads shop walls? I had both! My Mom always smiled at the poster above my bed:)

Different day in age...but goodness, 33 pages in???

The most iconic and influential poster, in terms of both sales and cultural impact, is arguably the 1976 Farrah Fawcett swimsuit poster, which sold over 12 million copies and is now in the Smithsonian.

Random top 15: Cheryl Ladd.

The most underappreciated of the Angels. She brought the sizzle, and one could see her as a useful and pleasant partner if you were stranded on a deserted island with her. Practical and beautiful.

Honorable mention: Suzanne Somers. Now that was a figure. She brought the heat. Her characters detracted a little bit from the image, but she's still a valid contender.

Rain Man 03-28-2025 09:30 PM

Random top 15: Halle Berry.

Why she's in the top 15: Perfect figure, beautiful face, and that ultra-short hair ironically played up her feminine form. Catwoman - rowr.

Honorable mention: Jan Smithers. We've discussed this. She was the girl next door that everyone wanted, someone who was gorgeous and apparently didn't know it so she was actually attainable. She made a strong play for the top 15.
