This is not a LeBron thread, this is an NBA thread.

Cava 14-0 absolutely killing it so far this year

Keeping Inside the NBA alive was incredibly smart by all involved.

I still don't understand how Dalton Knecht slid to the 17th pick.

That kid just does everything you want as a complementary player.

Obviously the Lakers are Anthony Davis's team at this point and LBJ is playing great ball. But the difference between the Lakers as a playoff team and the Lakers as a genuine contender would be Knecht and Reaves. If Knecht can continue to develop and Reaves can find some consistency, that team is a really tough out.

Rui and Russell can't be your 3rd and 4th best players in the playoffs. Russell is wildly inconsistent (and consistently shitty in the playoffs) and Rui is just limited. But if you can get Reaves and Knecht to carry that 3rd offensive piece and the floor spacer roles, you might have something worth watching.

All true but he was still better than most of that draft

37 points on 9/12 from three.

That'll play, kid. That'll play.

LeBron knew all along.

LeBron really enjoys nailing himself to a cross, doesn't he?

Yeah - everyone called you a liar...as he was named an All American and won SEC Player of the year.

Shit, I knew the kid could play and basketball is my 4th sport. 5th if you count F1.

But good for you for knowing about...basketball. We're all very proud of you.

Time to get locked in for the NBA Cup run.

chiefzilla1501 11-20-2024 06:38 PM

The g league ruined the nba draft. Why should I even be surprised that most of the best young pros went to a competitive college program while a lot of these g league guys have been so underwhelming

BWillie 11-20-2024 11:44 PM

Man wtf is goin on with the Sixers. 2-12.

New players in McCain and Yabusele are even playing well for em.
