If USA won this it was always going to be because their goalies were just better. It's the one area (and maybe D) where they could match/exceed Canada.

Yeah - lots of Canada fans pissed they didn't start Hill but he's not great either. I don't think he's better or worse than Binner. He's about the same.

Thompson is, IMO, the only guy who could go in there and stare down Hellebuyck on any given night.

My suggestion to stop that would be for the president to stop talking about subsuming other countries and starting trade wars

Again - it's no different for any goalie Canada brought with them.

Any of them could blow that game for them.
