Royals have traded Samad Taylor to Seattle for the lovely Player to be named later.

Not Royals related, but looks like the Orioles are gonna finally get new ownership. Don't know anything about this new group, but I doubt it could possibly be worse than the Angelos crew that pretty much ran the team into the ground for the better part of 30 years. Orioles are one of the few AL teams that I've never really had a reason to dislike or hate. They had such a terrific run in the 60's to early 80's, and it's been pretty bad since they won the series in '83. They've got a terrific group of young players right now, and a good farm, with new ownership, they could be the team to beat in the AL for awhile.
