Mahomes Vs Bortles in Arrowhead.

I like my chances.

This is the type of unfair match up at QB that drove me nuts, because I"m used to looking up at the OTHER team's QB.

Now I just feel like KC has an unfair advantage in almost every match up.

Yes!

Look at who they've beat.

Giants 20 to 15
Pats 31 to 20
Jets 31 to 12

And lost to the Titans 6 to 9

They're a good team but damn. That list doesn't scream unstoppable juggernaut.

With the bottom 2 teams sweating to death in their home uniforms. This is a very winnable game.

Jags are still a very inconsistent team. They can whoop anyone's ass, but they also can easily lose to the worst teams in football.

Chiefs have to come to play and play physical.

Rainy weather in the forecast suggests that running the ball may be paramount. Luckily, KC got that rolling a bit last night. They don't have their power back who is made for these types of games, but KC does. However, they have the best CB duo in football to match up with our star receivers. Mahomes has to be on point Sunday inside and more importantly outside the pocket because in order to beat this defense for big chunks, plays will have to be extended.

I don't fear Bortles in the slightest, or anyone on their entire offense for that matter. This is the game where the defense has a chance to step up and lead the team to a win at home.

I think the Chiefs hang 30 on the Jags. They have faced 4 bad offenses so far. New England is included because they didn't have any WRs.

I've read that the Jags defense struggles against 2 WR formations but is lethal vs 3 WR sets.

I expect that the Jags will do what the Broncos did and put their best corner on Kelce all night.

The Donks clearly picked up on a hot read that Mahomes likes, which is Kelce on the slant/intermediate seam.

They put Chris Harris there all night and it gave the Chiefs problems when the blitz was on.

If they want to put Bouye or Ramsey on Kelce, fine by me. That means you've got Hill or Watkins, or even the other WRs in a good matchup.

Their 3rd CB is DJ Hayden. Very beatable.

The Jaguars are actually having some ball security problems. They aren’t really taking the ball away but they are giving the ball away. They have the worst TO differential in the league at -4. They have fumbled 8 times already (lost 4) to go along with 3 INTs.

I think with this being a road game they struggle offensively and give us a few short fields and we win 31-17.

Build an early lead on the Jaguars and Blake Bortles is going to hand you the win.

The Broncos actually put a LB on Kelce in the 2nd half.....and that's when he started beasting.

RunKC 10-02-2018 03:14 PM

Watkins needs to play this game. They can’t match up on all of these guys.

FAX 10-02-2018 03:14 PM

All we need to know about the Jags is that they lose in week 5 in an utter landslide.

If you think the Mahomes hype is exorbitant now, just wait until after that game.

The Jags are HIGHLY overrated.

Very very interdasting.

I presume you are correct Mr. Tegu
