It hurts our depth, but I think we'll be okay. Hunt was going to take the job at some point, now he gets to day one. Some of the best RBs in the league today didn't get their chance until injuries to starters. Maybe Hunt will be that type of player too.

I hate it happened but it's survivable... |

Andy's offense makes the position very low in terms of value. |
Well at least he wasn't the lynchpin of our offense this time.

LCL AND PCL? Anytime there's ligament damage in your knee it's not good. Having torn an ACL myself I would rather have a broken leg then go through knee damage like that again.

BJ Kissel
BJ Kissel @ChiefsReporter Spencer Ware has a torn PCL in addition to other damage. He'll get a second opinion, but it's thought to be season ending, per @proatc. 10:33 AM · Aug 27, 2017 **** |

Every team has injuries. Its part of the game. There will be more for the Chiefs. If you are a good team and you do not get an absurd amount of injuries, like that year that we lost Berry, Charles, etc, it should not impact your team much at all. Again because every team has injuries.
Hope Ware recovers well and next up! |
Ugh! I hate losing a player for the season. But losing him in a meaningless preseason game really sucks.
|
KH, front and center sir! And sorry Mr. Ware.
|
I like what I've seen from Hunt but it sounds a lot better with Hunt keeping Ware's reps down vs. Hunt having to carry most of the load. West/Spiller going from change of pace to decent reps could go in a number of directions.
