After time to digest and process, some thoughts on Simmons. There had to be concerns about being able to retain information. Everyone has mentioned that they rechecked him on multiple visits and zoom calls to test his recollection. That and his colored hair and nose ring had to be the “character concerns” that’s have been brought up by randoms. He even mentioned in his interview “they don’t let just anyone come here”…indicating that was expressed to him specifically.

I have full confidence that Andy/Brett designed a comprehensive plan after identifying the red flags they saw in the kid and will stay on top of it to give us the best chance of him reaching his potential.

Not the colored hair and nose ring

Not saying you’re one of them.

I'm not a huge fan of Sports media but I've hardly ever seen them so lock step on a single topic like they are this one.

Hell that's actually a bit of a red flag but it seems like people here are working OT on a whole different narrative for some reason.

Its almost like they didn't like the idea before hand so torpedoes be damned, we are moving forward with the narrative at all cost.

One side or the other is way off, going to be interesting to see which one.

His injury can't be worse than my babysitter's when I was a really little kid, so rejoice!

It was summertime and she brought over squirt guns for something fun later to do. We had a water gun fight in the backyard, but somehow it started up again as we were going back inside the house, which was a ranch style where you could go around in circles between 4 of the rooms, including the kitchen.

My older sister and I were teamed up against the babysitter, chasing her in circles. Over time water started accumulating on a few spots in the kitchen, that had linoleum floors.

At some point she was running into the kitchen, hit a wet spot, slipped, and slid into the dishwasher and counter.

In a freak accident, she caught some sharp metal or something and due to her momentum it made a wide U shaped cut along the side of her knee.

We heard a frightening shriek, came into the kitchen, and saw blood pooling on the floor and her hysteric, holding her knee awkwardly from the side on top. She said it had broken off and flapping to the side.

The rest was a crazy blur and I remember sitting at the hospital for a couple hours, then my parents showing up to get us, and never seeing that babysitter again.

The entire story felt like a dear penthouse. I was just waiting for it to turn.
