The SEC… just another league.

I shudder to mock PGM as he's a semi literate half-wit. But the others aren't and that's why they need to come here and beg forgiveness for their sins.

Lol Missouri wouldn't throttle NDSU. Probably wouldn't even beat them. Easily the best team Iowa State has played so far this year including a good KSU team that should have beat #4 SEC team Auburn, and Iowa.

College gameday will be in Columbia, SC for the Mizzou/USC game.

'Hamas' Jenkins 09-21-2014 11:39 AM

Jesus. Why? SCAR is going to beat Missouri by four touchdowns.

"Beg for forgiveness?" Lol. For what?

Because Mizzou took a brutal loss at home and shit the bed against a team they shouldn't have? It sucks, but it happened.

It still doesn't change the fact that as bad as that loss was, it doesn't bring an end to their season and this 'sky is falling' mentality from much of the Mizzou fan base that seems to be permeating this thread is disgusting.

Good god people, grow a pair. It's one loss and not even an SEC loss at that. If they lose the next 3 in a row, then we can proclaim the sky is falling and season over and all that other bullshit.

Until then, I'll take a wait and see approach . . . . .

'Hamas' Jenkins 09-21-2014 11:55 AM

Tom, what about the results on the field this year make you think that Missouri is capable of winning more than two games the rest of the way?

Is it Steckel's Maginot Line Defense, AJ Ricker's Leaning Tower of Piss offensive line, or Jimmy Jack Hunt and the receivers who can't do much more than **** all against one of the worst secondaries in America?

Discuss Thrower 09-21-2014 11:57 AM

Yeahhhh Mizzou's season is pretty much over when it comes to anything meaninful happening beside a Pinstripe Bowl or something.

I seem to remember a number of you all promoting the same doom and gloom scenarios after last years non-con schedule, where we did go undefeated, but looked really piss poor in a couple of those games. How did that season turn out?

I see an offensive line that's adjusting to a new approach, a D-Line that seriously missed Golden yesterday (who will be back next week, BTW) and as far as the receivers go, I saw Bud Sasser running around all day getting open with little trouble. But that's just me.

Look, I get it. It was a brutal loss and everyone is emotional. But I'm not ready to flush the season just yet. We haven't even played one SEC game yet.

If ya'all wanna sit around, put on sackcloth and roll around in the ashes, be my guest. I guess I just prefer a different approach. To each his own.

holy shit

game day really?

that's ****ing sad ROFL

troll the nation

Mizzou has yet to beat SC unless I missed something and I don't see that streak changing

it really does highlight how important golden is to the d and how little depth we currently have at de.

You can almost hear Bristol furiously working to reschedule.

If there is anyone here whose impartial opinion I trust, it's Rusty.

They picked the site today, well after Mizzou's loss to Indiana.
