On the bright side, you could work for Bob Dole's employer who was one of only two state agencies that did not give cost of living raises last year. And at the same time, they raised the insurance cost...so it was essentially a pay CUT. (Not to mention that the price of gasoline and subsequently everything else has risen considerably.)

simple, they pay me, or i report them to the department of labor. i don't think there's a lawyer involved with that.

Yup. Bob Dole is fairly certain that if he mentioned "employee morale" to any of the members of administration, they'd look puzzled and respond with some variant of "Huh?".

I'm an assistant supervisor. I care. Although, I'm still hourly, and the new management just views us as glorified floor employees.

Are you really concerned with your hourly wage? Look in an honsest perspective of how much you make an hour when you include your tips.

its the principal really, i'm not going to lie. but if my check goes from being 10-20 dollars to 60 or more, you're damn right i'm concerned. thats like a free bag every two weeks.
