what fee's to get the back pay? and even if its only a few hundred bucks, i could use it.

On the bright side, you could work for Bob Dole's employer who was one of only two state agencies that did not give cost of living raises last year. And at the same time, they raised the insurance cost...so it was essentially a pay CUT. (Not to mention that the price of gasoline and subsequently everything else has risen considerably.)

I'm sure your lawyer will charge you something.
