No. It's not different until it's actually ****ing different. Not when they're 2-0 in September, not when it looks like they'll make the playoffs, not when they do make the playoffs. When they go toe-to-toe with against a real ****ing Super Bowl contender when the games really matter, and they win, then we can all say "it's different this time!!!"

Burrow rode his team to the Super Bowl. He didn’t “take” anyone.

He had a good game in the wild card round and then the rest of the playoffs COMBINED (three games), he had 3 TD’s and 2 INT’s.

Allen had as many TD’s in just 2 playoff games as Burrow has in all 6 of his combined.

Put Allen on Cinci and the Bengals have a Lombardi.

Put Allen on KC and the Chiefs win 2 of the last 4 Super Bowl’s, just the same. That doesn’t mean Allen is as good as Mahomes - He’s not - But Reid would make Allen look unstoppable. Allen has done amazing despite a rough coaching staff. Mahomes has the best offensive mind in perhaps NFL history.

Allen had a good game against NE and against KC (a loss of course) which was as much a product of his play as KCs DB ineptitude. You make it seem like Allen is some sort of Joe Montana in the playoffs. One year and one year only was he any better than serviceable.

Similar to how Josh Allen rode his defense to his furthest advance in the playoffs… his only AFC Championship Game appearance in 2021?

Remember the Bills 17-3 win over the Ravens in the Divisional Round that year that advanced them to the AFC Championship Game?

Josh Allen and Buffalo’s offense was awful that game… 220 yards of total offense and only 1 TD.

A pick 6 TD by Buffalo’s defense sealed the win.

That game destroys your laughable narrative that Josh Allen is being held back in the playoffs by Buffalo’s defense.

His only AFC Championship Game… carried by his defense.

Put another way… Allen’s 5 worst playoff games are better than all of Burrows combined (6).
