These guys are ****ing clueless as to what goes on in interviewing candidates. If you are trying to set up an organization where you want everyone working together you better have a lot of people in the room.

That's an assumption on your part about what Clark would say. The fact remains -> Scott Pioli is the GM of the Kansas City Chiefs. Scott Pioli is actually participating in interviews for a new head coach.

Clark created this mess by not making a firm decision on Pioli. The coaching search should have nothing to do with that decision. I'm sure it's because of legal or financial issues, but it's such an odd situation criticism should be expected. Though if a big time hire is made everyone will back pedal real quick.
