Spot On !! ;)

"Allen is a JAG. He is not elite. You don’t throw 3 unneeded INt to a second rate DB from Pitt. Good God I’m so angry. ,"

"Oh we can recover and go on winning streaks and even get a number 1 seed. But I'm telling you I'm not confident Allen has what it takes when it means the most. Honestly he is very talented but when crap starts to roll downhill he can't calm himself down enough to rebound it. I don't think you can learn that either, all time Quaterbacks have that sense of calm in big moments, our Qb looks like he is hopped up on Adderall lol."

There's really something to that.

Some people have that ice water in the veins thing that Brady had. Being down makes him even more clinical about what he does.

Some other people like Mahomes, frustration seems to get them hot blooded in a way that increases their focus and desire and they elevate their play.

Allen doesn't have either one, he seems to just act panicky and make even more mistakes.

Allen came off as distraught and completely in his own head in the post-game presser. His struggles may not be done yet.

He's got the happy feet and he's locking in on his receiver like a guy who doesn't have a lot of confidence at the moment.

"Turn him into a better version of Tannehill. He ain’t never gonna be Mahomes or Burrow. 0-5 in overtime."

I agree with all of this. Hate Brady all you want, but failure or disappointment only fueled that man. Whereas mahomes is just a mad scientist that it seems nothing gets to him, he can throw 5 picks and the guy still knows he’s the best ever to touch that grass.

Allen is having issues

Absolutely great reading this.

We just need to fix a couple drops.

Their franchise is in turmoil LMAO

Zach Wilson QB rating: 81.4

Josh Allen: 62.7

Yea, the Jets were missing their best edge rusher too (second best pass rusher) in Carl Lawson.

It could've been worse.

Some of this is just bad early season football, really.

BoxWine_Stouffers_TubeSock 09-12-2023 12:04 AM

I came away from this season opener feeling extremely positive. We put up a hell of a fight against a good team without Kelce and Jones. Meanwhile our two biggest competitors, Bengals and Bills, completely shit the bed and humiliated themselves. This will be a great season.

Turned it off at halftime... WTF?! LMAO
