You're a devout carnivore with some real grill skills, surely you jest.

Well I am all that carnivore thing, but I'm kinda partial to lifting too, and definitely a hater of doctors (because the suck ass and tell you nothing that you didn't already know because of Google!!).

In light of that my main protein intake during the week amounts so protein shakes before AM lifting (and the ****ing cardio bullshit the asshole doctor tells me I should do - that bitch-ass Air Force whore who never spent a day in a combat zone!!), and another between lunch and dinner.

But there's good news, I don't shy away from a few bacon bits and grilled chicken on my salad, but just a bit... Gotta feet the muscle dontchakno!!!

And oatmeal and salad with vinegar/red wine dressing will cause some bathroom crisis(es) that bring a sudden halt to even to most interesting conference call.

Sometime I'm left wondering if I chew any food (if you know what I mean!!)...

Veggies lots and lots of veggies and some fruit. I loooooooooooovvvvvvvve veggies. No cook in water not even when making mashed potatoes. Use milk to cook the potatoes instead of throwing out the water with all the nutrients. While I'm at it don't even remove those skins either.

Veggies=beautiful skin too. See, men, how beautiful you can be? :D
