TJ Ward is a guy I’d like to help vs the run to save on Berry’s health
Ward graded at 74.4 58th safety according to PFF |

Murray is a corner transitioning to safety.
I’m looking for big improvement from him next year. |

LOL are the Bills seriously gonna sell the house just to draft an average QB who could well be a bust? :D I could understand If a "sure thing" was waiting for them, but Darnold, Rosen, Allen and Mayfield? REALLY? smh.

I’m sure a few people in the NFL were scratching their heads about the Peters trade too. |

I’ve said all along the Bills were trading up. 12th wasn’t high enough to get the QB they want. |
ESPN's John Keim reports the Redskins are interested in free agent NT Bennie Logan.
No visit is scheduled but the ex-Chief remains on Washington's radar. Logan would likely be a fallback for the Redskins if the team falls short in its pursuit of Sylvester Williams, who is visiting on Tuesday. The Redskins also hosted Johnathan Hankins on Sunday, though he left without a contract. |

If I was the Giants I’d hold out for the Bills 1st round pick in 2019 instead of the 2nd round pick. |

I wonder what QB the Bills would want if they moved up.
I'm guessing Cleveland wants Darnold. The Jets would want Mayfield (I'm assuming). Rosen? Allen? |

I guess Veach might not be done with FA and he might make some trade around the draft but I'll say I was expecting more from free agency. I know we have no more cash right now.
We'll have to see but I have doubts as to whether Hitchens is really worth $9M per season, especially when we already had a rising star at the position in Ragland. I feel very confident in our LB group but until proven otherwise, the Dline and corners are poor. |

Wouldn’t shock me at all if the Chiefs trade into the 2nd rd and use both of those picks on a CB and S as the talent will be ridiculous.
Completely revamped. |
Yeah, I'm going to guess a S and CB comes first.
|
I’m going to watch some Jaire Alexander and Ronnie Harrison. I think Veach will move up if he can get one of them or an impact DL.

Ndamukong Suh Rumors: Free Agent to Visit Raiders After Meeting Saints, Titans
Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is still searching for a new team, with the Oakland Raiders reportedly next in line to make their free-agent pitch. Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Suh is expected to meet with the Raiders on Wednesday.* In addition to his upcoming meeting with the Raiders, Suh has already met with the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans on his free-agency tour.* Suh signed a six-year contract with the Miami Dolphins in March 2015. The 31-year-old recorded 15.5 sacks and 13 passes defensed in 48 games over the past three seasons.* The Dolphins*released*Suh on March 14, the first day of the new league year. He was scheduled to count $26.1 million against the salary cap in 2018, per*Spotrac. The Raiders have already invested in boosting their defensive line this offseason by re-signing defensive tackle Justin Ellis and signing defensive end Tank Carradine. They have $20.8 million in cap space for next season, per*Over The Cap. Oakland's defense finished tied for 24th in the NFL with 31 sacks last season, and the secondary allowed the second-highest opponent completion percentage to opposing quarterbacks (68.1).* https://apple.news/A9792APCtQtG6Jf4LUJsLyw |
Last thing we need is Suh kicking Mahomes in the balls twice per year
|
It would make sense given that all Gruden seems to want his guys over 30.

Boston, Reid, or Vaccaro if you're looking to fill the Veach mold. Tyvon Branch if you want a veteran to help a rookie along.

I highly doubt we sign any of those guys. We’re done.

We are week in to free agency... there are vet cuts happening later. I don't think we are done. I think we are waiting on the market. Our safeties (excluding Berry) are butt... I think we pick up a vet now or later. |
Protest stuff aside, Reid would be a great addition.

CB is a premier position in the league. There’s a reason we tried to get Kyle Fuller.
But ya never know. Andy loves his fatties. |
Quote:
The more you sustain, the progressively worse they get. I wouldn’t say it is not a concern. Owners want to invest in guys that can contribute and stay on the field. And let’s be honest - CHunt does not want the SJW headaches associated with his team... |
Oh and another thing:
Burnett signed for three years in Pitt for similar money to what Sorenson is getting in KC. This is a travesty. If this is the safety market, then dump Sorenson and grab a Vaccaro or Boston while the getting is good. |

I’ve always felt in any draft that picks 1-100 are the elite picks. It just seems like anything after that is not good. Of course there are always outliers. Anything after the 3rd round is a gamble. That’s why I’d always be willing to trade picks in rounds 4-7 to get more picks in rounds 1-3. I’d gladly trade my 4th rounders to move into the 3rd round. |

You don't have to hit on every pick, but damn, you need to be pretty sucessful and the Chiefs were really good with Dorsey.
2013 Yeah, Fisher has been solid not great, but he's a legit starting LT. But then Dorsey nailed it in the third round with Kelce. Just one hit like Kelce make all the difference in the world. 2014 Maybe Dorsey's worst draft, but we got starters in LDT and Fulton. Nothing sexy, but damn nailing two 6th rounders makes an aful draft more bearable. 2015 Peters, Morse, Conley, Nelson, Ramik Wilson, and Nunez-Roches I mean Peters was an instant rock star, but don't discount what the others meant to this team. 2016 Chris Jones, Murray, Demarcus Robinson, Tyreek Hill Hill in the 5th, totally makes that draft. Its incredible. Love Chris Jones. 2017 Mahommes and Hunt, 1st and 3rd rounders. C'mon man. Just find me a 2-3 legit starters and I'll be a happy man. Find me one dude who becomes all world like Kelce, Hill, Jones, Houston before them. Yeah. then you are playing with house money! |
