Old and slow as shit. I’d rather put Murray in the box. He’s tough and a solid tackler, which is the only good thing he’s good at as a Safety.

Except for the fact that Murray sucks and was rated awful last year. I’m not saying he can’t improve but Ward is still effective.

Flip side, I’m all for playing the young guys this season

Ndamukong Suh Rumors: Free Agent to Visit Raiders After Meeting Saints, Titans

Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is still searching for a new team, with the Oakland Raiders reportedly next in line to make their free-agent pitch.

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Suh is expected to meet with the Raiders on Wednesday.*

In addition to his upcoming meeting with the Raiders, Suh has already met with the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans on his free-agency tour.*

Suh signed a six-year contract with the Miami Dolphins in March 2015. The 31-year-old recorded 15.5 sacks and 13 passes defensed in 48 games over the past three seasons.*

The Dolphins*released*Suh on March 14, the first day of the new league year. He was scheduled to count $26.1 million against the salary cap in 2018, per*Spotrac.

Morgan Burnett just signed a 3 year, 14.5 million contract and he's one of the best safeties in this class of free agents. If I'm Veach, I'm nabbing one of the younger talented safeties while the market is depressed.

He's only 5-10 though and they want to press a lot.

We are week in to free agency... there are vet cuts happening later. I don't think we are done. I think we are waiting on the market. Our safeties (excluding Berry) are butt... I think we pick up a vet now or later.

Multiple concussions are as much a factor. They would chance Vaccaro before Reid for these reasons, even though Kenny has stuck a needle in his arse in the past and has been nicked up a bit too...

He had a few concussions in 2015 and hasn't had one for the last two seasons. So I don't see why teams should hold that against him. It's a feeble excuse imo.

I’ve always felt in any draft that picks 1-100 are the elite picks. It just seems like anything after that is not good. Of course there are always outliers.

Anything after the 3rd round is a gamble. That’s why I’d always be willing to trade picks in rounds 4-7 to get more picks in rounds 1-3. I’d gladly trade my 4th rounders to move into the 3rd round.

Yeah, Fisher has been solid not great, but he's a legit starting LT. But then Dorsey nailed it in the third round with Kelce. Just one hit like Kelce make all the difference in the world.

Maybe Dorsey's worst draft, but we got starters in LDT and Fulton. Nothing sexy, but damn nailing two 6th rounders makes an aful draft more bearable.

Perhaps they have had their eye on a specific QB for a couple years, and said QB is just declaring for the draft this year. Maybe they have liked Mayfield or someone else all along and knew they needed additional draft capital this year to acquire said player at all cost.
