Donovan Smith... please pick up the courtesy phone.

Mahomes with happy feet not looking too good.

He’s 21 years old and had only one year experience starting at LT. Yeah, he’s going to struggle. It was unrealistic to expect him to come in and start year one.

The entire OL kinda sucked

What's disappointing with Kingsley is I thought he was actually OK against the Ravens. Van Noy beat him a couple of times but he was fine. The Bengals game seems to have ruined him. I don't know if it's poor technique being exposed, the athleticism not being as advertised, or if it's mental. It definitely looks like he's s**t scared of being beaten inside and against speed is then losing round the edge. He's a rookie, and effectively a 3rd rounder, but yeah it's pretty bad, I'd have expected more.

No coincidence that his play deteriorated after the first couple of weeks. Once there's film on a guy, his weaknesses get exploited.

And yet that's what Reid did.

Another drafted Tackle that looks more suited to playing Guard.

It's a shame because i had high hopes for this guy, but he cannot pass black on space to save his life. It seems like it all comes down to his footwork though so hopefully they can continue working on it

God ****ing damn it people you can't just take your shitty tackles and make them play guard! :#

You keep repeating this, but when the current skillset matches a position, what’s stopping the move?

ThrobProng 11-11-2024 08:35 AM

What's Trezelle Jenkins been up to?

What's his current skillset that makes him an ideal guard?

That's what I was going to say. Yes, Kingsley was bad. But there were multiple Broncos in the backfield on nearly every play. It wasn't just Kingsley.

When he gets his hands on the opposition, he does fine. Good strength and can move decent in small spaces.

It’s almost like his flaws are also a reason to consider a move. Can’t deal with speed or long looping rushes. Blocking angles on pass sets seem to be a struggle right now.

Vance Joseph and that line deserve credit. The Chiefs line got the absolute maximum that the Broncos offer and it was enough for about three quarters.

So, what happens if Morris is hurt now?

We sign Donovan Smith.

Then we go to our local church and start praying.

It was really bad. The Kareem Hunt screen was probably the best example. Perfect playcall. Had them dead to rights and Kingsley and Creed got beat badly.

This was an A+ playcall. Look at this.

<div style="width:500px;max-width:100%;"><div style="height:0;padding-bottom:55.4%;position:relative;"><iframe width="500" height="277" style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" frameBorder="0" src="https://imgflip.com/embed/99zbnw"></iframe></div><p><a href="https://imgflip.com/gif/99zbnw">via Imgflip</a></p></div>

And the execution was piss poor. Just inexcusable.

<div style="width:500px;max-width:100%;"><div style="height:0;padding-bottom:56.2%;position:relative;"><iframe width="500" height="281" style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" frameBorder="0" src="https://imgflip.com/embed/99zbrr"></iframe></div><p><a href="https://imgflip.com/gif/99zbrr">via Imgflip</a></p></div>

Even Andy let Kingsley and Creed know he wasn’t happy.

<div style="width:500px;max-width:100%;"><div style="height:0;padding-bottom:56.4%;position:relative;"><iframe width="500" height="282" style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" frameBorder="0" src="https://imgflip.com/embed/99zbvm"></iframe></div><p><a href="https://imgflip.com/gif/99zbvm">via Imgflip</a></p></div>

We got outplayed and out-hustled yesterday
