I go through some big swings, endulge endulge endulge then cut out everything, coffee, alcohol, junk food, start exercising twice a day and drop the weight fast. The most was 30 in a few weeks (but that was also during Basic Training, so it doesn't really count) but more recently from 230 to 210.
The point I was going to go for was that if you are about half way to your ultimate goal now it becomes even more important to stay focused (and it becomes even harder) because you are happy about the loss and want to give yourself some rewards. I know cause that's my biggest challenge. (it may not be your challenge)
Anyway, I'm drunk and rambling like an idiot, so I'll shut up STFU / and just say I'm happy for you again and I have nothing but well wishes for you......
