The words, 'quiver' and 'shaft' are a nice touch, given her archery background. However, there may be a problem if her biscuit is whiskerless.

Yes, I would go in for the kill now. Proceed as if she didn't even tell you about the other guy.

She's not totally into the other guy (yet) otherwise she would have totally blown you off. What she's doing is saying all this stuff to make herself feel "non-trashy" or whatever. Now that she's put up some token resistance to make her feel non-trashy, if you push the envelope a little she'll go out with you.

I thought it was a trap, but it's not judging by the next messages.
